About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and high-performing technology consulting professionals with a strong blend of banking domain expertise, technology architecture capabilities, and digital transformation experience. The ideal candidate will help leading financial institutions navigate large-scale transformation programs driven by cloud, AI, data, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
This role requires the ability to work across business, technology, and data functions, translating strategic objectives into scalable, outcome-driven solutions while ensuring successful execution of transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Transformation Advisory & Delivery   Lead and deliver end-to-end banking technology transformation engagements, from assessment and solution design through implementation and value realization.
Define target operating models, enterprise architecture, and implementation roadmaps across core banking, lending, payments, CRM, treasury, and digital ecosystems.
Align business, technology, and data strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes and operational efficiencies.
Drive digital modernization initiatives leveraging cloud, APIs, microservices, AI/ML, and platform-based architectures.
Solution Architecture & Technology Enablement   Design scalable and secure technology solutions using API-led, microservices, cloud-native, and event-driven architectures.
Evaluate existing technology landscapes and recommend future-state architecture aligned with business objectives.
Ensure seamless integration across banking applications, data platforms, digital channels, and third-party ecosystems.
Embed AI/ML, analytics, and automation use cases into business processes across the banking value chain.
Program Execution & Stakeholder Management   Provide hands-on oversight during implementation, ensuring architecture decisions are practical and aligned with delivery realities.
Manage cross-functional teams, technology partners, vendors, and client stakeholders to drive successful program execution.
Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on technology strategy, modernization, and innovation initiatives.
Business Development & Thought Leadership   Support business development activities including proposal development, RFP responses, solution presentations, and client workshops.
Contribute to thought leadership in areas such as digital banking, AI adoption, cloud transformation, platform modernization, and data-driven banking.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements and develop new service offerings.
Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. MBA or relevant certifications are preferred.
5–10 years of experience in technology consulting, banking technology, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or related roles.

Delivery & Program Management   Hands-on experience delivering large-scale technology implementation or transformation programs.
Ability to manage multiple work streams, stakeholders, and delivery teams simultaneously.
Strong focus on execution excellence and business outcomes.

Preferred Experience   Experience working with leading consulting firms, global system integrators, or banking technology organizations.
Exposure to digital banking platforms, loan origination systems (LOS), CRM platforms, and enterprise integration programs.
Certifications in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, agile delivery, or project management would be advantageous.
