Role Overview :
The Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation and sales revenue. We are looking for a resilient individual comfortable in an individual contributor role who can "think for themselves" and troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Campaign Management:
Planning & Execution:  Develop and manage tactical campaign plans and marketing calendars.
SEM Excellence:  Set up and manage high-performance campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping, and PMax).
Social Advertising:  Set up and manage paid social media ads across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Twitter (X) and Linked In
Native Advertising:  Set up and manage paid native ads campaigns at Taboola, Outbrain etc
Conversion Focus:  Optimize all paid campaigns to achieve target conversion rates and high ROAS.

2. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Technical & On-Page:  Research target keywords and perform technical/on-page SEO for landing pages and websites.
Link Building:  Create and execute plans to acquire high domain authority (DA) backlinks.
Webmaster Tools:  Manage and monitor site health via Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.

3. Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations
Shopify Mastery:  Hands-on proficiency in managing Shopify storefronts, including product lifecycle management, app integrations, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Must be comfortable navigating Shopify Liquid basics and utilizing Shopify Analytics to drive marketing decisions.
Marketplace Brand Management:  Looking after and growing brands on eBay, Amazon, and Facebook Marketplace.
Product Listings:  Ensure all marketplace listings are optimized for search and sales.

4. Email Marketing & Automation
Deployment:  End-to-end campaign set-up: scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment.
Technical Troubleshooting:  Fix issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and data hygiene.
Platform Mastery:  Hands-on use of Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Klaviyo and Shopify Campaigns.

5. Content, Copywriting & Design
Graphic Design:  Proficiency in  Canva  (Mandatory) and optional experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for ad creatives and newsletters.
Content Marketing:  Write and publish blogs, articles, and newsletters.
Copywriting:  Concept development and writing for ad copy and landing pages.

6. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Data Analysis:  Use Google Analytics 4, GTM, and Facebook Pixels to track performance data.
Reporting:  Consolidate data to measure success and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
Sales

Collaboration:

Work with inside sales to ensure lead generation and sales targets are met.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ Years

Experience:

Proven track record in B2B or B2C digital marketing.
The Tech Stack:  Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok, Linked In, Taboola, Outbrain, GA4, GTM, Search Console.
CMS & Code:  Experience in Shopify & Word Press.
Design Master:  Strong Canva or Adobe Photoshop knowledge for fast, high-quality asset creation.
Database Management:  Proficiency in list manipulation and data hygiene.
Independence:  Highly resourceful with the ability to seek solutions and suggest resolutions.
