The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, growth-driven Quick Commerce Manager to own and scale Ayuvya and ImFresh's presence across all major Q-commerce platforms — Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and emerging channels. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of operations, growth, and brand. You will directly impact revenue, availability, and visibility for two distinct brands across a rapidly growing channel.

What You Will Own
1. Channel & Platform Management
• Own end-to-end operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and new Q-comm platforms for both Ayuvya and ImFresh.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform category managers, key account reps, and operations teams.
• Lead negotiations for listing fees, visibility placements, shelf ranking, promotional slots, and platform-funded campaigns.
• Stay ahead of platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and new ad/merchandising features and implement them fast.
2. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
• Ensure optimal in-stock levels across dark stores and partner warehouses for both brands at all times.
• Coordinate with the supply chain, warehouse, and demand planning teams for accurate and timely replenishment.
• Track and reduce out-of-stock (OOS) rates, fill rate gaps, and supply discrepancies.
• Plan and execute inventory buildup ahead of platform campaigns, sales events, and seasonal demand spikes.
• Maintain healthy days-of-cover targets without over-stocking perishable or short-shelf-life SKUs (especially for ImFresh).
3. Catalogue, Content & Merchandising
• Maintain 100% listing hygiene across all platforms: accurate pricing, updated images, complete descriptions, and correct product variants.
• Optimize assortment per platform and per city based on platform data, sell-through rates, and category trends.
• Lead new product launches on Q-comm: coordinate listing creation, content uploads, and go-live coordination with manufacturing and marketing teams.
• Manage hero SKU visibility, banner placements, and in-app merchandising for maximum conversion.
• Brief and coordinate with the creative team for platform-specific assets, A+ content, and promotional creatives.
4. Performance Tracking & P&L Ownership
• Own the Q-commerce P&L for Ayuvya and ImFresh — revenue, ROAS, platform commissions, ad spends, and margin visibility.
• Track daily and weekly KPIs: GMV, net revenue, cancellation rates, return rates, fill rates, and platform rank.
• Analyze platform dashboards and data to identify trends, underperforming SKUs, and scale opportunities.
• Build and maintain a performance dashboard and present weekly updates to the founding team/head of growth.
• Identify and flag margin leakages, platform fee anomalies, and incorrect billing with resolution timelines.
5. Growth & Campaign Execution
• Plan and execute platform-level promotional campaigns: flash sales, combo offers, platform discount programs, and visibility boosts.
• Manage the monthly promotional calendar across both brands, aligned with marketing and product launch timelines.
• Experiment with new formats (sponsored listings, brand stores, in-app banners) and measure incremental impact.
• Identify new dark store expansions, new city rollouts, and quick-scaling opportunities for both brands.
