The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced industry professional to join One Carat Technologies as a Strategic Advisor and work closely with the Founder.

This is not a traditional employment opportunity.

We are seeking someone with strong industry relationships who can help us understand the market, identify opportunities, open doors, and accelerate our growth within India's AI infrastructure ecosystem.

This role is ideal for professionals who have worked with AI infrastructure providers, data centers, hyperscalers, cloud companies, GPU infrastructure providers, or system integrators.

What We Need Help With

Your role will be to help One Carat Technologies:

• Build relationships with key decision-makers

• Secure introductions to prospective customers and partners

• Understand customer requirements and infrastructure challenges

• Identify active opportunities and upcoming projects

• Validate product-market fit

• Guide our go-to-market strategy

• Participate in customer and partner discussions where required

• Help convert opportunities into commercial engagements

Target Customers
We are particularly interested in accessing relationships within:

• AI Infrastructure Companies

• GPU Cloud Providers

• Data Centers

• Cloud Service Providers

• System Integrators

• Enterprises deploying AI infrastructure

• Government and Public Sector AI initiatives

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience

• Existing relationships within the AI infrastructure ecosystem

• Strong understanding of data center and AI infrastructure buying processes

• Experience working with customers, partners, or suppliers in the AI infrastructure value chain

• Ability to facilitate introductions and create commercial opportunities

Experience with organizations such as Yotta, STT GDC, CtrlS, Nxtra, NTT, Netweb, NVIDIA ecosystem partners, hyperscalers, cloud providers, AI infrastructure companies, or system integrators would be highly valued.

Compensation

• Monthly Retainer: ₹30,000

• Success Fee: 2%–5% of net profits generated from opportunities introduced or developed through your involvement
