We're Hiring — Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Manager | Granotone

Granotone is one of India's fastest-growing premium art supplies brands, selling across Amazon India, Amazon Global, and quick commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. We're on an exciting growth trajectory and are looking for someone who can own and drive our entire online channel strategy.

What you'll own:

▸ End-to-end management of Granotone's D2C website, Amazon India, and Amazon Global Marketplaces ▸ Full ownership of quick commerce channels:
Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart ▸ Marketplace growth strategy — rankings, visibility, conversions, and revenue targets ▸ New product launches across all channels, including listing creation, A+ content, and go-to-market planning ▸ Inventory planning and coordination with the operations team to avoid stockouts or overstocking ▸ Competitive analysis and pricing strategy across platforms ▸ P&L ownership at a channel level — you will know your numbers cold

What we're looking for:

▸ 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce and/or quick commerce channels
▸ Deep working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (Search Term Reports, A+ Content, Brand Store, PPC campaigns)
▸ Hands-on experience with Amazon seller tools, especially Helium 10 — keyword research, listing optimisation, competitor tracking, and search volume analysis
▸ Direct experience with at least one quick commerce platform:
Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart
▸ Strong command of quick commerce metrics — Fill Rate, Service Level, In-Stock %, Order Fill %, OSA (On Shelf Availability), Lost Sales, and Dark Store Coverage. You should be able to diagnose and act on these numbers, not just report them
▸ Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with SKU-level P&L, fee structures, and conversion metrics ▸ Ability to coordinate across operations, design, and content teams
▸ Self-starter who can work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment

Nice to have:
▸ Experience in the art supplies, stationery, or FMCG/D2C categories
▸ Familiarity with Amazon Global marketplaces (FBA Export, North America or Europe marketplaces)
