Senior Systems Administrator

Location: Kannur

Corporate Visions is seeking a hands-on  Senior Systems Administrator  to help scale and modernize our internal IT operations.

This role combines systems administration, SaaS platform ownership, technical support, and process automation. You'll serve as a key technical resource across the organization while helping improve the employee experience through automation, AI, and modern IT service management practices.

Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 and core business applications
Manage identity and access platforms such as Okta, One Login, or Azure AD
Support endpoint management platforms including Intune and Jamf
Own employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Lead SaaS implementations, migrations, and systems improvements
Help evaluate and implement modern ITSM solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Provide Tier 2/3 support and act as an escalation point for complex issues
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
Partner with business stakeholders to solve technology challenges

Qualifications
5+ years of Systems Administration experience
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
Experience managing identity and access platforms
Experience administering cloud-based SaaS environments
Strong understanding of DNS, SSL, authentication, and networking fundamentals

Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune or Jamf
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Must be willing to provide meaningful overlap with North American business hours (Eastern or Pacific Time preferred).

Preferred Qualifications
Power Shell scripting experience

Experience with ITSM platforms

Experience with automation tools and workflows
Exposure to AI-driven IT operations (AIOps)
AWS, Azure, or cloud infrastructure experience
Infrastructure-as-Code or Dev Ops exposure
