Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Malappuram. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support enrollment goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, overseeing paid campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams on marketing initiatives.
The role involves tracking and analyzing performance using web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. The Digital Marketing Manager will also collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business priorities and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience developing and executing integrated digital strategies.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Lead Generation tactics, funnels, and conversion optimization across digital channels.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track performance, derive insights, and optimize campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in the edtech, training, or career development sector is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
