Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven DM Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In, and other digital platforms.
Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and search rankings.
Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for social media platforms.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Monitor website traffic and user engagement using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in social media marketing and content planning.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
Relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred.
