About the Role  We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Handler/Manager to manage, maintain, and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, community management, social media strategy, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities   Manage and maintain company social media pages across multiple platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams.
Support brand awareness and lead-generation initiatives through social media activities.
Requirements   1–3 years of experience in social media management.
Experience handling and maintaining social media pages.
Proven experience in content creation and content planning.
Hands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X (Twitter), You Tube, and other relevant channels.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience engagement, and community management.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
