Associate Program Manager - Internal Job Posting (IJP)

We are looking for an  Associate Program Manager  to support the Internal Job Posting (IJP) program through  data analysis, dashboard management, and executive reporting . The role will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to drive internal mobility initiatives and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze IJP data, hiring trends, and program performance metrics.
Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business reviews.
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports with actionable recommendations.
Support process improvements and stakeholder reporting requirements.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Program Management, HR Analytics, TA Operations, or a related field.
Strong skills in  Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and PowerPoint .
Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with recruiting, internal mobility, or HR data is preferred.
