Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and technically sound   Executive / Sr. Executive – Customer Support   to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring superior customer satisfaction through timely support, technical assistance, and product knowledge. This role involves direct interaction with customers to manage machine installations, resolve technical issues, and provide ongoing support to enhance user experience and device performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform   machine installations   at customer sites and attend to   breakdown calls   .
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers efficiently.
Maintain thorough   product knowledge   and ensure timely   issue escalation   to relevant teams when needed.
Provide   remote assistance   , software/hardware updates, and   quality assurance   follow-ups.
Strive to   exceed customer expectations   by delivering real-time solutions and professional service.
Collect and relay feedback on product performance and customer experience to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in   Engineering (Electronics/Biomedical)  ,   Optometry   , or   Science

We are looking for Hubli, Punjab, Ahmedabad and Rajkot.
