Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in  Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
1–3 years of experience in  Customer Success, Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Training, or CAD/BIM/3D Design Software.
Freshers with strong Sketch Up proficiency and excellent communication skills may also apply.

Requirements
Onboard new Sketch Up customers and ensure successful software adoption.
Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user training for customers and partners.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for Sketch Up workflows and related solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Resolve customer queries by coordinating with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams.
Monitor customer usage, identify adoption gaps, and proactively drive product utilization.
Promote subscription renewals, upsell opportunities, and additional Sketch Up solutions where appropriate.
Collect customer feedback and communicate product enhancement suggestions to internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through timely communication and problem resolution.
Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer meetings, training sessions, partner engagements, and company events.

Skills Required
Good knowledge of  Sketch Up , 3D modeling, and visualization workflows.
Familiarity with architectural drawings, interior design concepts, or engineering design workflows.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, training sessions, and events.

Lay Out
Trimble Connect
V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render, Lumion, or Twinmotion (preferred)
Basic knowledge of CAD software is an advantage.
