About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned  Technical Delivery/Program Manager  to own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, enterprise Microsoft technology programs. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has led complex, multi-workstream engineering programs — someone equally comfortable in a stakeholder steering committee and a sprint planning session. You'll sit at the intersection of technical depth and delivery leadership, directly shaping outcomes for a marquee Microsoft technology engagement.

What You'll Own
End-to-end delivery  of the program across multiple concurrent work streams — scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes
Engineering leadership  — guide teams to consistent, high-quality, on-time delivery
Agile execution  — drive sprint planning, release planning, and governance across Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks
Risk & escalation management  — proactively manage scope, dependencies, risks, and escalations before they become blockers
Stakeholder orchestration  — be the connective tissue between customer stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams
Delivery metrics  — monitor KPIs across productivity, quality, and resource utilization, and act on what the data tells you
Governance & compliance  — ensure engineering best practices, security, and compliance standards are consistently met
Continuous improvement  — champion process excellence and operational efficiency across the program
People leadership  — mentor Team Leads and build bench strength within the engineering organization
Executive communication  — deliver crisp, regular status updates and delivery reporting to leadership
What You Bring
11+ years of experience in technical delivery/program management, with strong grounding in the  Microsoft technology stack  (.NET, Azure, Azure Dev Ops)
Proven expertise in  Agile/Scrum and SAFe  delivery models
Track record of  program planning and execution  at scale — ideally managing  30–100+ engineering resources
Strong  stakeholder and client management  skills, including experience with  global teams and enterprise customers
Hands-on familiarity with  Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, and Confluence
Demonstrated ability to manage  risk, dependencies, and escalations  without losing sight of delivery outcomes
Preferred Background
Experience handling  Microsoft as a direct/end client  is a strong plus
Background delivering  large-scale Microsoft/.NET and Azure-based enterprise programs
Prior experience with  Microsoft, HCL, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, LTIMindtree , or similar Tier-1 IT organizations
Strong client-facing experience managing  global, distributed engineering teams
Preferred Certifications
PMP or PRINCE2
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe Agilist
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, or Azure Architect certification
