Cooperate Security Engineer

Location: Sabarmati

Job Purpose

Drive user access governance and identity lifecycle operations across enterprise applications. This role focuses on executing User Access Reviews (UARs), managing access governance workflows, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and supporting compliance requirements while ensuring the principle of least privilege across the organization.

Who You Are

Strong hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Experience managing User Access Reviews (UARs) and access certification campaigns
Strong understanding of access governance, entitlement management, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, and least-privilege access

Experience with Okta or similar Identity Providers (IdP)
Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Conductor One, or similar IGA platforms
Strong understanding of SSO and SCIM provisioning
Experience managing access requests, approvals, application assignments, group memberships, and identity lifecycle processes
Strong understanding of audit evidence collection, access control reviews, and security governance documentation
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Fresh service, Google Workspace, and Slack
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong documentation and audit-readiness mindset
Comfortable working with global teams and managing multiple priorities

What Will Excite Us

Experience running enterprise-wide User Access Review campaigns
Hands-on experience with Lumos or other access governance platforms
Experience supporting SaaS environments and identity lifecycle operations
Strong exposure to compliance-driven environments and audit support
Experience working with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-171 frameworks

Experience with privileged access monitoring and Separation of Duties (SoD) validation
Experience maintaining audit trails, compliance evidence, and access governance reports
Experience automating access review and identity governance processes
Exposure to RBAC design and birthright access modeling
