We are looking for an experienced Service Now Technical Consultant to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support enterprise Service Now solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, SPM, Project Management, and Workflow Automation.
Build custom applications, integrations, and automation workflows using Service Now App Engine.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data imports with enterprise applications.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions aligned with Service Now best practices.
Manage platform upgrades, patches, enhancements, and releases with minimal business disruption.
Maintain CMDB data quality, integrity, and governance.
Optimize platform performance, perform root-cause analysis, and proactively resolve technical issues.
Implement RBAC, ACLs, security rules, and governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and organizational standards for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, configuration documents, and release notes.
Support user training, rollout activities, and post-implementation validation.
Collaborate with vendors, Service Now support teams, and implementation partners as required.
Stay current with Service Now releases and emerging capabilities, recommending relevant platform enhancements and upgrades.
Application Security
Ensure all customizations and development follow Service Now secure coding practices and global application security standards.
Monitor platform security and participate in vulnerability assessments, remediation, patching, and mitigation activities.
Maintain repositories and documentation for configurations, integrations, custom development, and security controls.
Ideal Candidate
Strong hands-on experience in Service Now development, configuration, integrations, and administration.
Good understanding of Service Now architecture, App Engine, ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, workflows, APIs, ACLs, and security.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
