Job Description

TCS is looking for an experienced  SAP IBP Developer  with 6-8 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP IBP implementations, configuration, integration, and support, along with a deep understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization processes.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support SAP IBP solutions.
Work on SAP IBP modules such as:
Demand Planning (IBP-DP)
Supply Planning (IBP-SOP)
Inventory Optimization (IBP-IO)
Response & Supply (IBP-RS)
Develop planning areas, key figures, attributes, calculations, and business rules.
Configure planning levels, forecasting models, and planning operators.
Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4

HANA, ECC, APO, BW, and other third-party applications.
Develop and support CPI-DS data integration jobs and interfaces.
Perform system testing, defect resolution, and performance optimization.
Gather business requirements and provide functional and technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and support user training activities.

Required Skills

6-8 years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in SAP IBP.
Strong experience in SAP IBP configuration and development.
Knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.

Experience with CPI-DS, SAP HANA, and integration frameworks.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
Experience in SAP S/4

HANA or ECC integration.
Exposure to SQL, data modeling, and analytics.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects.
Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration.
SAP IBP certification is an added advantage.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
