Data Analyst - Analytics

Position: Data Analyst - Central Analytics
Location: Vasanthanagar

Role Overview :
The Analyst is responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying churn drivers, and improving customer lifetime value (LTV) through data-driven insights. This role works closely with CRM, marketing, and growth teams to design and evaluate retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities :
Analyze customer cohorts, retention curves, and churn metrics across lifecycle stages
Build and monitor KPIs such as Retention Rate, Repeat Rate, LTV, CAC.
Identify drop-off points in the user journey and recommend improvements
Design and evaluate CRM campaigns (email, Whats App, push, SMS) using A/B testing
Perform segmentation based on behavior, RFM, purchase frequency, and engagement
Analyze impact of discounts, loyalty programs, subscriptions, and nudges
Build dashboards and reports for weekly/monthly retention performance
Support leadership with insights and actionable recommendations

Skill Required :
Strong Advance SQL (CTEs, window functions, cohort analysis).
Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots).

Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.)
Understanding of event-based data (GA4, Webengage).
Cohort analysis & Funnel analysis.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle & CRM.
Ability to translate data into business decisions.

Good to have :
Python & Basic statistics.
Experience working with retention or retention prediction models.
