Summary:

As a Workday Integration's Sr Consultant/Associate Manager, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful, and challenging work. Through use of innovative problem solving and analytical thinking, you will collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for a wide range of clients in a variety of industries, including, Commercial, Higher Education and Healthcare. As part of a growing Digital Workday practice can expect to work closely with leadership on a variety of tasks and initiatives.

You will engage and collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for complex challenges faced by our clients.

Preferred

Skills & Experience:

Current Workday Integration Core and Studio certification
5+ years of integrations experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements
Integration and people leadership roles within the technical work streams of 3 or more HCM or Financials implementations for at least two phases
Deep knowledge of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration

Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and project management
Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task
Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
