SAP C4C Functional Consultant

Location: Vasanthanagar

Mandatory tech stack
- Programming Languages and its version  - C4C functional experience. Any technical skills like SDK or BTP would be a plus (but not mandatory)
Platform  - SAP Cloud for customer
Tools and its version -  Jira and Other tools relevant for a Agile working environment
Tech environment -  SAP CX
Day to day tasks
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Translates and details business requirements into End-2-End solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products; ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope
Responsible for the Operation of the cloud for customer solution
Performing the necessary tasks to keep a stable environment
To work with the solution Architecture team for Development, Testing and Documentation of nes solutions on C4C as needed by our Business Process.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise with their SAP C4C implementation.
Stay current with SAP C4C updates and advancements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.
