Cadmatic Administrator & Consultant (Technical and Functional Support)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced  Cadmatic Administrator & Consultant  to manage and support Cadmatic software solutions, ensuring smooth operations, efficient utilization, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will provide both technical and functional support, playing a critical role in the deployment, customization, integration, and optimization of Cadmatic products.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Software Installation and Maintenance:
Install, configure, and upgrade Cadmatic software and related modules.
Ensure compatibility and smooth integration with existing IT infrastructure.
Monitor and maintain software performance, addressing technical issues proactively.

System Administration:
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system settings.
Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and configurations.

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to resolve software-related issues.
Collaborate with vendor support teams for escalated cases.
Analyze system logs and diagnostics to prevent and address recurring issues.

Integration and Customization:
Develop and implement integrations between Cadmatic and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, PLM).
Customize Cadmatic workflows, templates, and tools to meet project-specific needs.

Performance Optimization:
Conduct regular system audits and optimize software performance.
Implement updates, patches, and improvements as needed.

Functional Support:

Business Analysis and Consulting:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and map them to Cadmatic functionalities.
Recommend best practices and solutions to maximize the software's utility and ROI.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and proficiency.
Develop and update user manuals, FAQs, and training materials.
Project Support:
Assist project teams in using Cadmatic effectively for design, modeling, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and organizational guidelines in Cadmatic outputs.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, functional teams, and external vendors.
Facilitate communication to align system capabilities with business goals.
