Must-Have:

Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Manage site collections, subsites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content types across the SharePoint environment.
Conduct regular audits of SharePoint environments to ensure compliance, governance, and adherence to organizational policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related incidents, service requests, and changes in a timely manner, adhering to ITIL practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SharePoint-based solutions aligned to business needs.
Monitor system health, capacity, and performance; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Manage and execute SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and patching activities with minimal business disruption.
Create and maintain technical documentation including runbooks, SOPs, and configuration guides.
Support integration of SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Exchange, and One Drive.
Provide end-user support and training on SharePoint features and best practices.
Participate in change-management processes by raising and implementing RFC (Request for Change) tickets in line with organizational standards.
Contribute to incident, request, and change reporting, providing accurate data for daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
