Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll (Functional) Senior Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll, including payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, testing, validation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll.

• Solid understanding of US Federal, State, and Local Payroll regulations.

• Hands-on experience with Earnings.

• Strong knowledge of Deductions.

• Experience with Tax Configuration.

• Experience with Payroll Costing.

• Strong understanding of Payroll Elements.

• Experience with Payroll Validation & Reconciliation.

• Strong experience in writing and configuring Fast Formulas is mandatory.

• Ability to support payroll calculations.

• Experience handling retro pay.

• Experience supporting year-end payroll activities.

• Experience in testing and functional validation.

• Strong experience in production support and issue resolution.

• Experience working with integrated Oracle HCM modules, including:
oCore HR
oTime & Labor
oBenefits

• Ability to work with business stakeholders and support end-to-end payroll functional activities.

• Oracle Payroll Certification is an added advantage.
