JD:

Must-Have
5+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now development and administration.
Strong knowledge of Service Now modules like  ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM , etc.

Experience with Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, and business rules.
Hands-on experience in creating Service Now workflows, UI actions, and notifications.

Experience with Service Now integration using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and other integration tools.
Familiarity with Service Now CMDB and Discovery tools.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
