Data Analyst

Position: Growth & Data Analyst
Location: Kochi H.O

Lascade is looking for a highly analytical  Growth & Data Analyst  to help us make smarter business decisions through data.

You’ll work across our software products, marketing campaigns, websites, and mobile applications to understand user behaviour, identify growth opportunities, improve conversions, and optimize business performance.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze user behaviour across websites, mobile applications, and digital products.

• Build dashboards to monitor acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, subscriptions, and revenue.

• Track the complete customer journey from the first visit to the final conversion.

• Identify traffic sources that generate high-quality users and long-term business value.

• Analyze campaign performance across different countries, platforms, devices, and channels.

• Identify bottlenecks in user journeys and recommend improvements.

• Work closely with the Growth team to improve marketing performance.

• Work with Product Managers to improve activation, retention, and user experience.

• Design reports that help leadership make faster and better decisions.

• Build automated reports and performance dashboards.

• Identify unusual trends, sudden drops, or unexpected spikes in business performance.

• Present insights and recommendations in a simple and actionable way.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Growth Analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools.

• Good understanding of SQL.

• Comfortable working with large datasets.

• Ability to convert business questions into data-driven insights.

• Strong communication skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with SaaS products or mobile applications.

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.

• Experience with attribution and conversion tracking.

• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and customer acquisition.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools.
