We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering professional with strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and modern cloud data platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise data solutions while ensuring data quality, security, and consistency across business domains.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions.
Implement and manage data governance and security frameworks using Databricks and Unity Catalog.
Develop and maintain data transformation models using dbt.
Drive Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Perform data profiling, data assessment, and define business rules to improve data quality.
Establish and monitor data quality metrics, governance controls, and KPIs.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement enterprise data standards.
Support integration of master data across multiple systems and business functions.
Work closely with procurement, supplier management, and related business teams to enhance data processes and governance.
Required Skills
8-12 years of experience in Data Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks , including Unity Catalog for data security and governance.
Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for transformation and data modeling.
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
Strong understanding of data profiling, data quality assessments, and business rule definition.
Experience working with Supplier/Vendor Master Data Management processes.
Knowledge of enterprise data governance principles and best practices.
Experience with SAP HANA or other ERP platforms.
Strong SQL, data modeling, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Key Technologies: Databricks, Unity Catalog, dbt, MDM, SAP HANA, SQL, Data Governance, ERP Systems.
