Must-Have Skills
5+ years of overall IT experience
Hands-on experience in Oracle Essbase / Hyperion Planning support
Strong experience in SQL Server Database Administration
SQL performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization
Experience in data loads, metadata management, and cube maintenance
Application server support and troubleshooting
Incident management, root cause analysis, and production support
Experience in database security, backup, recovery, and maintenance
Strong SQL scripting and database troubleshooting skills
Good-to-Have Skills
Microsoft Azure infrastructure support
.NET application support
Power Shell or automation scripting
ITIL-based support processes
Monitoring tools and performance management
Experience with enterprise reporting platforms
