Roles and Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP CS processes for service orders, service contracts, repair orders, service notifications, and quotations.
Maintain status profiles and business controls across the service order lifecycle.
Design and execute resource-related billing flows, including DIP profile setup and billing document processing.
Support core billing transactions such as DP90, DP91, DP93, and DP97 for individual and collective processing.
Partner with SD, MM, and FICO teams to resolve integration issues across pricing, cost allocation, and revenue-related processes.

Experience:

7 to 14 years of overall experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in SAP CS functional consulting.
Strong hands-on functional consulting experience in SAP CS with service order and billing process knowledge.
Deep working knowledge of service contracts, service orders, repair orders, quotations, and resource-related billing.

Experience with SAP pricing procedures, billing document types, and status management in service processes.
Ability to support integration testing, UAT, hypercare, and functional issue resolution across CS-related transactions.
Good to Have:
SAP SD experience, especially order-to-cash integration, delivery processing, and SD pricing.
Exposure to SAP S/4

HANA Service or Service in S/4

HANA Cloud.
ABAP debugging knowledge for troubleshooting custom routines, user exits, and BAPIs.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
