Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and own SailPoint Identity IQ architecture for enterprise identity governance programs
Define access lifecycle, certification, and policy models aligned to business and security requirements
Lead solution design for identity governance integrations across applications and directories
Provide technical leadership to engineering teams delivering SailPoint-based implementations
Review platform design decisions and ensure scalable governance patterns across the IAM landscape
Skills Required:
9 to 12 years of relevant experience in SailPoint / IGA / IAM
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity IQ and SailPoint platform architecture
Deep understanding of IGA and Identity Governance & Administration concepts
Experience designing enterprise identity governance solutions across complex environments
Ability to support integration design and platform-level implementation decisions
Good to Have:
IAM experience in enterprise identity programs
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
