About the Role
looking for an experienced  SAP S/4

HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Quality Management (QM) Functional Analyst  to join its global ERP organization.
The selected candidate will work as part of a global team of SAP professionals responsible for delivering, supporting, and optimizing SAP solutions across the organization. The role will have a strong focus on  SAP S/4

HANA EAM and QM , application support, configuration, master data, integrations, and continuous improvement.
The position requires hands-on experience in managing and implementing  SAP S/4

HANA EAM & QM solutions , working closely with business teams, and supporting applications in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage  SAP QM master data , including inspection plans, Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs), and inspection methods.
Support checklist-driven inspection processes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Demonstrate strong understanding of the complete  QM inspection lifecycle , including:
Inspection Lots
Results Recording
Usage Decisions
Follow-on Activities
Apply SAP QM functionality specifically within an  Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)  environment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand inspection requirements and translate them into scalable SAP QM/EAM solutions.
Lead  data preparation, cleansing, mapping, and conversion  activities for inspection-related data from legacy systems such as JDE and mobile inspection applications into SAP S/4

HANA.
Work on checklist functionality or similar inspection-driven solutions within SAP S/4

HANA.
Provide application support and troubleshoot SAP EAM/QM issues across  Development, QA, and Production environments .
Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams and support integrations with modules such as  MM, FI, and CO .
Contribute to automation, integration, process optimization, and evergreen application support.
Follow  ITIL-based service management practices  and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in  IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
8–12 years of relevant SAP experience .
Strong hands-on experience in  SAP EAM and SAP QM .
Strong knowledge of  SAP S/4

HANA EAM/QM configuration and support .

Experience with both  SAP ECC and SAP S/4

HANA .
Experience integrating SAP EAM/QM with other SAP modules, particularly  MM, FI, and CO .
Strong understanding of SAP QM master data and inspection processes.
Hands-on experience in  application operations support and/or SAP implementation projects .
Experience working in  Dev, QA, and Production environments .
Knowledge of  ITIL-based support practices and Agile methodology .

Experience with SAP S/4

HANA EAM extensions and/or  Master Data Governance (MDG)  will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the  Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry , particularly within SAP EAM/QM functions.
Hands-on experience with  2–3 or more SAP S/4

HANA implementation, maintenance, or support projects .

Experience with SAP S/4

HANA upgrades and add-on installations.
Exposure to  HANA Scale-Out environments .
Good understanding of  multi-tenant database environments .
Experience working with global stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.

Experience with legacy-system data migration/conversion, particularly from  JDE or mobile inspection applications , is preferred.
