Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and deliver SAP CRM technical solutions across Web Client UI, BOL/GenIL, and One Order components
Develop and support CRM customizations, enhancements, and technical configurations based on business requirements
Handle CRM Middleware and integration scenarios with upstream and downstream enterprise systems
Configure and support PPF and CRM Actions for business process automation
Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely technical resolutions

Skills Required:

8 to 12 years of relevant SAP CRM technical experience
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM technical development and customization
Deep working knowledge of CRM Web Client UI, BOL/GenIL, CRM One Order, and CRM Middleware
Experience supporting enterprise CRM integrations and resolving complex technical issues
Ability to work on technical design, troubleshooting, and API/integration-related support activities
Good to Have:

Experience with Middleware and broader Customer Relationship Management platforms
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
