We are looking for an experienced  SAP CAR Consultant  with strong expertise in  SAP IS Retail  and  SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) .

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to retail operations.
Design, configure, test, and implement SAP CAR solutions based on business needs.
Configure and support  SAP CAR POSDTA (POS Data Transfer & Audit) .
Design and implement transactional data flows between  SAP CAR  and  SAP S/4

HANA .
Work on Enterprise Structure configuration and procurement cycle within SAP S/4

HANA Retail.
Support POS sales integration and data synchronization with SAP S/4

HANA.
Ensure accurate processing of retail transactions and inventory data.
Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and development teams during implementation.
Perform system testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
Provide functional support during project lifecycle, including go-live and hypercare.
Prepare functional specifications and support technical development teams.
Stay updated with SAP Retail and SAP CAR product enhancements and best practices.

Required Skills
Must Have
5+ years of SAP IS Retail experience.
2–3 years of functional experience in SAP Customer Activity Repository (SAP CAR).
Strong functional expertise in SAP IS Retail.
Hands-on experience with  SAP CAR POSDTA .

Experience with Enterprise Structure and Procurement Cycle in SAP S/4

HANA.
Strong knowledge of configuring transactional flows between SAP CAR and SAP S/4

HANA.
Experience in POS Sales integration with SAP S/4

HANA.
Understanding of omnichannel retail processes and real-time inventory management.
Strong business requirement gathering and solution design skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact with customer leadership and executive stakeholders.
Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
