Design, implement QA processes, strategies
Ensure high quality application deployment
Manage testing departments across projects

Job Responsibilities:

Develop bank testing strategy
Understand quality service parameters
Build high-performance QA team
Create traceability templates
Present quality metrics, propose bug reduction
Manage program financial objectives
Build scalable QA platforms
Own end-to-end testing cycles
Establish quality, reliability standards
Manage test script metadata
Maintain bank compliance
Define bug criticality metrics
Automate test cases, integrate Dev Ops

Educational

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree Computer Science, IT

Python, Selenium, Egg Plant, Katalon (Knowledge of architecture, not necessarily coding daily).Management & Governance: JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, Rational Quality Manage
