Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP SD business processes.
Handle Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle including quotations, orders, deliveries, billing, and returns.
Work on pricing procedures, account determination, credit management, and output management.
Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
Collaborate with MM, FI, PP, WM, and other cross-functional teams.
Resolve production issues and provide business process improvements.
