Senior Executive - Ad Operations

Role Overview :
We are seeking a meticulous and technically inclined Ad Operations Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Floodlight tag implementation, and ad serving. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing and managing digital campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, and providing support for seamless campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, traffic, and monitor campaigns using CM360.
Assist in the implementation and QA of Floodlight tags for conversion tracking and remarketing.
Ensure accurate creative setup, tagging, and timely campaign launches across ad servers.
Troubleshoot delivery or tracking issues with internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate with media planners and creative teams to ensure correct specs and tag deployment.
Maintain campaign documentation, trafficking sheets, and tag trackers.
Support campaign pacing and delivery reports, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Assist in reconciling discrepancies related to impressions, clicks, and conversions.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations, preferably within a digital media agency or publisher.
Working knowledge of CM360 (Campaign Manager 360) platform.
Familiarity with Floodlight tag setup and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and ad tag structures.
Exposure to ad servers like DV360, Sizmek, or similar is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in CM360 or Google Marketing Platform is an added advantage.

Experience with Google Tag Manager or similar TMS.
Knowledge of third-party measurement tools (e.g., MOAT, IAS, DV) is a plus.
