AI Practice & Delivery Head (AI PDH)

Role Overview

We are seeking a  senior AI Practice & Delivery Head  to lead the  strategy, go-to-market, and delivery of AI solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will come from a  strong engineering background (product or platform engineering)  and have previously worked as an  AI Solution Architect  before moving into leadership.
This role will be responsible for  building the AI practice, driving AI-led business growth, leading presales and solutioning, and delivering enterprise AI solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

AI Practice Leadership
Define and lead the  AI strategy, roadmap, and service offerings  for the organization.
Build and scale the  AI practice across multiple client accounts .
Establish reusable  AI frameworks, accelerators, and delivery methodologies .
Go-To-Market & Presales
Lead  AI go-to-market initiatives , working closely with sales and account teams.
Drive  presales, solution architecture, and proposal development  for AI opportunities.
Act as a  technical leader in client discussions, workshops, and solution presentations .
Solutioning & Delivery
Oversee  end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven solutions , including managed services engagements.
Ensure delivery excellence across  AI architecture, model development, deployment, and operations .
Provide technical leadership in  complex AI solution design and implementation .
Team Building & Hiring
Build and lead a strong  AI engineering organization .
Hire and mentor  Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs), AI Architects, and senior engineers  across client accounts.
Develop internal  AI capabilities, training programs, and innovation initiatives .
Client Engagement
Act as a  trusted advisor to enterprise clients  on AI transformation and adoption.
Lead client-facing engagements including  architecture reviews, solution workshops, and executive briefings .
Collaborate with account teams to expand  AI-led services and managed service opportunities .

Required Qualifications

15–20 years of total experience  in engineering, AI, data platforms, or advanced analytics.
Prior experience as an  AI Solution Architect  with strong engineering depth.
Background in  product engineering or platform engineering  (not purely traditional IT services delivery).
Proven experience building and scaling  AI practices within technology or services organizations .
Experience leading  presales, GTM strategy, and client-facing solutioning .
Strong expertise in  AI/ML, Generative AI, data platforms, and cloud AI ecosystems .
Demonstrated experience delivering  enterprise AI solutions and managed services engagements .
Experience  travelling frequently to the US and working with global clients .
