AI Transformation consultant

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced  AI Transformation Consultant  to partner with customers and help them understand, adopt, and unlock the value of Artificial Intelligence across their business operations.
This is a  customer-facing consulting role  focused on driving AI awareness, identifying business opportunities for AI adoption, enabling Copilot transformation initiatives, and helping organizations improve productivity through AI-powered solutions.
This role is  not focused on coding, AI model development, or data science . Instead, the consultant will act as a  bridge between business stakeholders and AI-enabled transformation opportunities , helping customers turn business challenges into practical AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI Transformation Consulting
Understand customer business processes, operational challenges, and productivity gaps.
Conduct discovery workshops with business stakeholders and department leaders.
Identify practical opportunities for AI and business automation.
Recommend AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
Develop AI adoption roadmaps and transformation recommendations.
2. AI & Copilot Demonstrations
Deliver customer presentations and demonstrations on AI capabilities and Microsoft Copilot solutions.
Showcase real-world AI use cases across business functions including:
Sales
Finance
Procurement
Customer Service
Human Resources
Supply Chain
Operations
Explain AI concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner.
Help customers understand measurable business outcomes from AI adoption.
3. Customer Training & Adoption
Conduct AI awareness sessions and end-user enablement programs.
Train customers on effective usage of:
Microsoft Copilot
ChatGPT & Generative AI tools
AI-powered productivity solutions
Guide users on prompt writing and AI-assisted workflows.
Support change management and AI adoption initiatives across organizations.
4. AI Use Case Discovery & Business Value Assessment
Analyze business workflows and identify repetitive or manual processes.
Recommend department-specific AI use cases.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to validate feasibility.
Prepare AI opportunity assessments and business value presentations.
Help customers prioritize AI initiatives based on ROI and business impact.
5. Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement
Support sales and pre-sales teams during customer engagements.
Participate in AI consulting discussions and solution presentations.
Prepare presentations, proposals, workshop materials, and AI solution documentation.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and leadership teams.
