Overview of the Role
The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering SAP project management solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives. This position is instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of SAP systems, driving operational efficiency and supporting HCLTech’s reputation for excellence in solution delivery. The Solution Architect will collaborate cross-functionally, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures and ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards.

Detailed Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and management of SAP project solutions for clients across varied industries.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP architectures.
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and post-implementation support.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to facilitate seamless project execution.
Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and provide guidance on SAP system enhancements.
Support pre-sales activities by evaluating client needs and proposing tailored SAP solutions.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
Skill Requirements
Technical

Skills:

Proven expertise in SAP Project Management, including system architecture and integration.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and cross-functional processes.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
SAP certifications are highly desirable.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP solution architecture and implementation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Other Requirements (Optional)
Experience in delivering SAP projects within multinational environments.
Familiarity with emerging SAP technologies (e.g., SAP S/4

HANA, SAP Cloud).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of business process optimization and digital transformation strategies.
