Onlee Agency is growing! We craft custom, high-impact websites for startups, SMEs, and global brands. We are expanding our Rajkot team and looking for a proactive, sharp  Project Coordinator  to join us on-site to deliver flawless projects and build strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary client contact from kickoff through launch.

• Partner with designers, developers, and QA teams to keep projects on track and within scope.

• Create and update project timelines, task boards, and reports using Asana or Trello.

• Translate client feedback and requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the team.

• Host kickoff calls, weekly check-ins, and review sessions with global and Indian clients.

• Flag risks early, solve roadblocks fast, and assist with post-launch handovers.

What We’re Looking For

•

Experience:

1–2 years in project coordination, client servicing, or digital agencies.

•

Location:

On-site full-time at our Rajkot office.

• Language:  Fluent spoken and written English.

• Tools:  Comfort with project tools (Asana, Trello, Google Sheets).

•

Skills:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

• Bonus:  Basic knowledge of Word Press, Webflow, Figma, or hosting.

•

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream or relevant certification.
