We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant / Specialist to configure, implement, and operate SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation and Operations within a large-scale SAP S/4
HANA Retail transformation program .

Key Responsibilities
SAP Cloud ALM – Implementation
Configure SAP Cloud ALM projects, roles, authorizations, and project structures.
Drive scoping and fit-to-standard workshops using SAP Activate and SAP Best Practices.
Create and maintain solution process hierarchies and BPMN process diagrams.
Manage requirements, user stories, processes, tasks, and test cases with complete traceability.
Administer Task Management and integrate Cloud ALM with Jira / Azure Dev Ops .
Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements and processes through test cases and defects.
Test Management
Configure and manage SAP Cloud ALM Test Management.
Create and manage test plans, manual and automated test cases, and test execution.
Integrate Cloud ALM with Tricentis Tosca / SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing .
Coordinate integration and regression testing across Finance, Retail, Procurement, Tax, Master Data, and Integration landscapes.
Manage defects and provide test status reporting through Cloud ALM dashboards.
SAP Cloud ALM – Operations
Configure Integration & Exception Monitoring for SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Monitor iFlows, APIs, Ariba, and CAR interfaces.
Configure Business Process Monitoring, Health Monitoring, and Real User Monitoring across S/4
HANA, IS-Retail, and CAR.
Implement Job & Automation Monitoring and alerting for critical business processes.
Support Landscape Management and connectivity through SAP BTP Cloud Connector .
Support SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) data flows.
Governance & Reporting
Build Cloud ALM dashboards and analytics for project progress, test coverage, and defect trends.
Support cutover, hypercare, and transition-to-operations activities.
Mentor project teams on SAP Cloud ALM processes, governance, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills
3+ years of hands-on SAP Cloud ALM experience in Implementation and/or Operations.
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard implementation.
Hands-on experience with Cloud ALM Test Management .
Strong understanding of requirements, process, task, defect, and traceability management.
Functional understanding of SAP S/4
HANA FICO, FI-AA, MM, and India GST processes .
Exposure to SAP IS-Retail and CAR , including merchandising, assortment, and POS/sales flows.
Experience with SAP MDG and/or STIBO STEP .
Knowledge of SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite , including iFlows, IDoc, SOAP, REST, OData, and APIs.
Exposure to SAP Ariba procurement and supplier integration.
Understanding of SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, and SAP BDC .
Experience integrating Cloud ALM with Jira / Azure Dev Ops and test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca .
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum .
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
