About The Job:

• We are seeking a data-driven, highly analytical. Sales Strategy & Planning contract employee for an 8-month engagement. In this role, you will act as a key partner to our Sales Strategy team, diving deep into data to support our upcoming annual planning cycle.

Essential Job Functions:

• Partner closely with the Sales Strategy team to execute the annual planning cycle, including Capacity Modeling, Territory Planning, and Quota setting.

• Build, maintain, and manipulate data models in Google Sheets to drive strategic decision-making.

• Translate data into clear analytical insights.

• Provide ongoing analytical support for pipeline health and sales performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.

• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to handle large datasets and turn them into actionable insights.

• A collaborative, "partner-first " attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight planning deadlines.

• Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce) or data visualization tools (like Tableau/Looker) is a plus.
