Digital Engineer

Location: IMT Manesar

Daily Responsibilities:
•
Manage L2 incident tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.
•
Monitor M365 health dashboards and resolve service availability alerts daily.
•
Administer Microsoft Defender policies and investigate security alerts for endpoints.
•
Manage user identities, access permissions, and group memberships in Entra.
•
Deploy and manage Intune policies for mobile devices and laptops.
•
Ensure seamless integration of M365 security logs with SOC.
•
Execute license migrations and user data transfers to new subscriptions.
•
Maintain Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI) configuration for on-premises AD.
•
Analyze M365 and Azure logs to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
•
Facilitate Windows OS upgrades to Enterprise editions.
•
Generate weekly usage reports and security compliance posture for management.
•
Provide technical support for M365 Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
Additional Responsibilities:
•
Create and update technical documentation for internal knowledge base systems.
•
Conduct user awareness training sessions for new M365 feature adoption.
•
Build strong personal relationships with new customers and build rapport with their users
•
Assist in the rollout and configuration of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
•
Support internal audits by providing evidence of security policy compliance.
•
Coordinate with Microsoft OEM support for resolving complex L3 issues.
Technical Capabilities:
•
Should have minimum BE/B Tech/MCA Degree or Equivalent
•
With minimum 03 years of relevant experience in M365 solution &Valid Certification in M365 Components or MCSA.
•
Should have good communication skills.
