Job Summary:

We are looking for Yardi Helpdesk professionals with strong Yardi system knowledge and experience in troubleshooting user issues. Ideal candidates have prior Yardi technical support experience or an accounting background with exposure to Yardi application or tech support. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users are essential.

Responsibilities:
Tier 1 — Initial Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for Yardi-related questions and support requests

• Provide guidance on navigation, password resets, and other basic functionality issues

• Log, track, and escalate unresolved issues to higher tiers

Tier 2 — Advanced Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues within Yardi modules (Commercial, Residential, Pay Scan, Voyager, etc.)

• Analyze system or configuration errors and provide user training as needed

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system efficiency and data accuracy

Tier 3 — Specialized Support

• Address advanced or recurring technical problems that require deep Yardi expertise

• Perform detailed system diagnostics and coordinate with IT for bug fixes or integrations

• Support system upgrades, patches, and testing

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of Yardi experience in Yardi Core Voyager, Residential (Multi-Family), Commercial, Rent Cafe, and Job Cost modules.
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information Management, or similar.
Yardi Ticket System Administration:
Promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to support Yardi Core Voyager, Residential, Commercial, Rent Cafe, and Job Cost modules
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to multiple software systems. Responds to queries, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.
