We at Coforge are seeking a “ECM Administrator" to support IT operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, monitor, and maintain the IBM File Net ECM Platform .
Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance activities.
Manage users, groups, roles, and access permissions across the File Net environment.
Monitor system health, performance, and repository availability.
Troubleshoot platform, application, and content repository issues.
Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities within agreed SLAs.
Coordinate with OEM/vendor support teams for issue resolution and escalation.
Perform backup, recovery, and preventive maintenance activities as per FMS scope.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards.
Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
