Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to manage, maintain, and optimize SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP system administration, installations, upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across SAP environments.
Experience:
3 - 18 Years
Key Responsibilities
Perform SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.
Administer SAP landscapes including ECC, S/4
HANA, BW, Solution Manager, and SAP HANA.
Monitor and optimize SAP system performance and availability.
Execute client copies, system refreshes, and system migrations.
Manage SAP transport management system (TMS) and change requests.
Perform SAP kernel upgrades and support package implementations.
Handle user administration, security coordination, and authorization support.
Monitor and troubleshoot SAP application, database, and operating system issues.
Coordinate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams during project implementations.
Ensure backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high availability procedures are maintained.
Support SAP HANA database administration activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Required Skills
Strong experience in SAP Basis Administration.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4
HANA, SAP HANA, and Net Weaver.
Knowledge of SAP system upgrades, migrations, and installations.
Experience with SAP transport management and system monitoring.
Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
Knowledge of HANA administration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
Experience in cloud environments such as SAP RISE, AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
