Position: Salesforce Administrator [T500-29279]

Salesforce Administrator:

Core Responsibilities:

Maintain and configure Salesforce — user accounts, profiles, permissions, and workflows.
Build and update reports, dashboards, and custom fields.
Manage data imports, exports, deduplication, and ongoing data hygiene.
Support automation (Flow, Process Builder) and light customization requests.
Support and maintain Service Cloud configuration (case management, queues, escalation rules).

Key Requirements &

Experience:

3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM admin role.
Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred.
Service Cloud experience required.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flow/Process Builder, and reporting tools.

Experience with data governance and security practices a plus.
AI-fluent — comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to speed up day-to-day work, and eager to keep pace with new tools as they emerge.
