Company Secretary ACAS Advisory is recruiting on behalf of our client for a  Company Secretary  position based in  Cochin, Kerala .

Role Overview The selected candidate will be responsible for managing company secretarial functions, statutory compliance, regulatory filings, and corporate governance-related activities. The role requires strong knowledge of the  Companies Act, 2013 , excellent documentation skills, and the ability to ensure timely compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities  Managing secretarial and corporate compliance functions
Maintaining statutory registers and records
Preparing and filing forms with ROC, MCA and other regulatory authorities
Assisting with Board Meetings, AGMs and other corporate actions
Ensuring timely compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements  Qualified Company Secretary with strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and allied laws
Good communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
Strong organisational and compliance management skills
Experience  0–2 years
Location  Cochin, Kerala
