The Opportunity
We are seeking driven, independent, and performance-oriented freight brokers. You'll manage the end-to-end freight process, from sourcing carriers and booking loads to ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Source and negotiate freight with carriers via load boards and networks
Manage and grow relationships with shippers and carriers
Oversee full freight cycle: pickup to delivery
Coordinate with internal dispatch, compliance, and finance teams
Track KPIs and meet/exceed performance targets
Resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain documentation and carrier compliance
You're a Great Fit If You Have
1–3 years of experience as a Freight Broker or in U.S.

-based logistics/sales
Knowledge of the U.S. freight market and carrier sourcing strategies
Experience using load boards like DAT, Truckstop, and TMS platforms
Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills
A self-driven, results-focused approach with a hunger to grow
