Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager (Head of Department) based in Rajkot. The Maintenance Manager will lead and oversee all maintenance activities, including equipment and facility maintenance, preventive measures, and timely repairs. The role involves supervising the maintenance team, managing maintenance schedules, ensuring high operational standards, and minimizing downtime of equipment. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and managing resources effectively to optimize performance.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage the maintenance team effectively
Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
Proficiency in Maintenance Management, including scheduling and resource optimization
Expertise in Maintenance and Repair tasks to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in facility or operational management roles is a plus
