Shift Management
Supervise and manage mechanical maintenance activities during assigned shifts
Ensure equipment reliability and operational safety
Preventive Maintenance
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency
Troubleshooting & Breakdown Handling
Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults efficiently
Support uninterrupted production schedules
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor maintenance technicians
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
Promote a strong safety culture within the maintenance team
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
Prepare reports and performance updates for management review
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Coordinate with production and engineering teams for planned maintenance
Identify and implement process improvements in maintenance practices
