Senior Executive Maintenance Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

Shift Management:  Supervise and manage mechanical maintenance activities during assigned shifts to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety.
Preventive Maintenance:  Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
Troubleshooting:  Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently to maintain production schedules.
Team Leadership:  Lead, mentor, and train maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality standards.
Safety Compliance:  Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies; promote a safety-first culture.
Documentation:  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs; prepare management reports.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with production and engineering teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
Continuous Improvement:  Identify opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
